Who is this designed for?+

Qualified investors in Switzerland and abroad, including entrepreneurs, private investors, family offices and strategic capital partners considering allocations from CHF 1 million.

Is this the same as buying an apartment?+

No. You evaluate a development-level opportunity and its project economics rather than simply buying a completed unit at a retail price.

What do I receive before making a decision?+

You receive the available project information, including the project structure, planned use of funds, financing logic, timeline, key risks and intended completion or repayment route.

Where does my capital go?+

Capital is committed only to the relevant project structure described in the investment documents. Each project has its own dedicated SPV, budget, financing and reporting.

Are returns guaranteed?+

No. Every development and investment involves risk. Returns, timelines, financing, sales and project outcomes depend on the specific opportunity and its final contractual terms.

Does an investment provide Swiss residency?+

No. Investment and residency are separate. Where relevant, SIC can coordinate an initial assessment with qualified specialists, but no permit or outcome is guaranteed.
